1. Promoters: This giveaway is run by Nu-Style Shutters and Perth Double Glazing (collectively, “the Promoters”).
2. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to participants residing in Western Australia (WA) who are 18 years of age or older.
3. How to Enter:
- Like either the Nu-Style Shutters or Perth Double Glazing Facebook page.
- Comment on the designated giveaway post and tag two friends who would enjoy the DeLonghi coffee machine as much as you do.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Any additional entries by the same individual will be disqualified.
4. Entry Period: The giveaway opens at 12:00 AM AWST on 5th June 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AWST on 6th July 2025.
5. Prize: The winner will receive a DeLonghi Magnifica Start Fully Automatic Coffee Machine. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6. Winner Selection and Announcement:
- One winner will be chosen randomly from eligible entries on 7th July 2025.
- The winner will be announced on the Nu-Style Shutters Facebook page on 7th July 2025, and the Promoters will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner directly.
- If the winner is uncontactable within seven days, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw and select a new winner.
7. Prize Collection: The winner is required to pick up the Prize from 179 Beringarra Avenue, Malaga, WA 6090. No delivery or alternative pick-up arrangements will be provided.
8. Disqualification: The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Terms and Conditions, or acting in a disruptive manner.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release the Promoters, Facebook, and all related parties from any and all liability, including any loss, personal injury, or damage, arising from or in connection with this giveaway or the acceptance of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Facebook Disclaimer: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
11. Privacy: The Promoters will handle entrants’ personal information in accordance with their privacy policies and for the purposes of administering the giveaway. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and entry content in Promoters’ marketing or promotional materials.
12. Changes to Terms: The Promoters reserve the right to modify or cancel the giveaway or any of its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
