1. Promoters: This giveaway is run by Nu-Style Shutters (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to participants residing in Western Australia (WA) who are 18 years of age or older.
3. How to Enter:
- Like the Nu-Style Shutters Facebook page.
- Comment on the designated giveaway post and tag a friend you would take to the game.
Entrants may tag one friend per comment and may comment more than once. Each valid comment counts as one entry.
4. Entry Period: The giveaway opens at 12:00 AM AWST on 26th May 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AWST on 1st July 2026.
5. Prize: The winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Fremantle Dockers v Sydney Swans AFL match (Round 18) held at Optus Stadium, Perth, on Thursday 9th July 2026. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The Prize does not include transport, parking, food, beverages, accommodation, or any other costs associated with attending the match.
6. Winner Selection and Announcement:
- One winner will be chosen randomly from eligible entries on 2nd July 2026.
- The winner will be announced on the Nu-Style Shutters Facebook page on 2nd July 2026, and the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner directly.
- If the winner is uncontactable within three days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
7. Prize Delivery: Tickets will be provided to the winner in the week leading up to the match, via the method arranged between the Promoter and the winner (e.g. electronic ticket transfer or collection from 179 Beringarra Avenue, Malaga, WA 6090). The winner is responsible for arriving at the venue and for all costs associated with attending the match.
8. Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Terms and Conditions, or acting in a disruptive manner.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release the Promoter, Facebook, the AFL, the participating clubs, the venue, and all related parties from any and all liability, including any loss, personal injury, or damage, arising from or in connection with this giveaway or the acceptance of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Facebook Disclaimer: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. It is also in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the AFL, the Fremantle Football Club, the Sydney Swans, or Optus Stadium.
11. Privacy: The Promoter will handle entrants’ personal information in accordance with their privacy policies and for the purposes of administering the giveaway. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and entry content in the Promoter’s marketing or promotional materials.
12. Changes to Terms: The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway or any of its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
